Military Awards AMS Aerospace Repair Contracts

AMS was selected by the Aviation Logistics Center in Elizabeth City, NC to overhaul C-130 components for the US Department of Homeland Security and United States Coast Guard (USCG). AMS will repair approximately fifteen Generator Controls per year over the next five years.

And at the US Department of the Air Force (USAF) at Warner Robins Air Force Base in Georgia during 2013, AMS has been identified as a “sole source” for numerous avionics repairs required by the USAF. The items being repaired include indicating control panels, indicator controls, receivers, transmitters, air speed indicators, rate indicators, liquid-quantity indicators, and data converters for Lockheed Martin C-130 transport aircraft.

A second and subsequent contract awarded to AMS from Warner Robins in 2013 is for the repair of the Altitude Alerter applicable to the C-130H Aircraft.
