Solon, OH – Aerospace Maintenance Solutions, LLC (AMS) announces the company is the sole source of new Battery Modules for the F-16’s Expanded Fire Control Computer (XFCC).

In 2019 AMS became the OEM for the XFCC, PN 7560500-041 and NSN 1270-01-222-3829. The company is now the exclusive producer of all XFCC replacement parts, which includes the Battery Module, P/N 7567380-011 and NSN 6135-01-223-3869.

In addition to the Battery Module, AMS can provide the XFCC Capacitor Module, PN 7559211-001 and NSN 5998-01-070-5652.

XFCC products are produced in a work environment that includes multiple Quality certifications:

– AS9100D: Advanced design and manufacturing standards for aerospace components

– AS9110C: Specialized certification for maintenance, repair, and overhaul of aerospace components

-FAA Certification, U.S. Department of Transportation: AMS is certified under AC 00-56B and holds Air Agency Certificate #OKQR412Y for FAA-regulated activities

Collectively, these certifications support AMS production and repair processes. Our work meets international aerospace standards and abides by fit, form, and functional requirements.
